External Assessments: Standardized test, issued and grade by the state based on state standards.
Strengths: There is no bias. Every General Ed student takes the same test.
Weaknesses: Many students have test anxiety. Some teachers may stress only teach test taking skills and not the actual objectives.
Role of Technology: Test can be on the computer.
